“Thoughts of their dear departed pets will be on the minds of some participants at the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon in February.
Members of the “Dead Dog Running Club,” set up in late 2009, have been joining the marathon for four years now.
Founder Cho Lok-tim, 28, set up the club after his dog Chris died in 2008. His other pet, Hugo, died two years later.
The club gathers dog lovers with similar experiences to commemorate their pets through running, Cho says.”
